Orders
How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add the items you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information and you're done!
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@workoutshealthy.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. We'll do our best to help before your order ships.
How will I know my order was placed successfully? You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Shipping
Where do you ship to? We ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes! Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My order hasn't arrived yet — what should I do? If your order is outside the estimated delivery window, please email us at support@workoutshealthy.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return? Email us at support@workoutshealthy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process step by step.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Are your products good quality? Absolutely. We carefully select every product in our store to make sure it meets our standards for quality and value.
Do you restock sold out items? Yes, most items are restocked regularly. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.
Is it safe to shop on your website? Yes, completely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely. We never store your card details.
